It arrived broken with the packaging all open seemed used by other people
Product as described. For sure it's not the most powerful iron, but it will be good for traveling. Express shipping - but I chose the paid option.
Minuses:
- the cable could be a bit longer
- product packaging! looks like it was pulled out of a trash can!
I was surprised with the innovative design. The heating surface don't reach the same max temp as a conventional iron but it is still functional. I think that the vendor should improve the packaging because the boxes arrived smashed in the corners. The products came unscathed only by luck.The shipping was very quick

I have received my item, the broken and dented box, although I believe it did not hurt, I still did not test.
